Floral Pants and Blue Swing Top
Sometimes you find a pair of pants that you can’t stop thinking about, but they’re a little out of your budget and so, you play the waiting game. These floral Tuxedo pants from Anthropologie were those pants for me. I tried them on before Christmas (and shared with you in a try-on session) and loved them: they can be styled so many different ways. They are on the dressier side since they’re a tuxedo pant with a little bit of sheen, but pair them with a tee and mules and they’ll be dressed down in no time. These finally went on sale and I snagged them up to share with you! I styled them with this gorgeous bright blue swing top and I love how vibrant the blue looks against the dark pants. I finished the look off with a delicate black stone necklace, clutch and navy velvet heels. Side tip – I love mixing blue shades. You’ll find that they go together quite well from pastels to dark navys. This whole look would be great for date night or if you put a cardigan over the blouse, it would tone down the dressiness and you could wear this to work. Another way to wear to work is to replace the heels with booties and put on a tunic sweater instead of the blouse.
Because these pants went on super sale (I’m talking under $15!!) the other day – hopefully you saw my instagram post about them, they sold out in a flash! I’ve linked some other fun, floral options as well as another tuxedo pant that gives the same vibe. Also linked some alternative top options from dressy to casual. As always, if you ever need help finding something similar, styling a look or just searching for the right shoe to complete your outfit, give me a shout and I’d love to help!
