Need a little outdoor planter inspiration this Monday morning? Me too.
With temperatures over the 100s in Arizona, we’re either outside lounging by the pool or inside soaking up the air conditioning. When we’re outside, I want our surroundings to be more than just rock and cactus (I know, maybe I’m in the wrong place, ha!). I love to add large outdoor planters around our house to incorporate flowers, herbs and vegetables. You’d be shocked at how many vegetables can grow in this uber hot weather. I like the planters to have a little character to them, whether that be color, texture or material and then also vary in height. A grouping of three usually work really well together as a focal point. Maybe two of them have flowers and the other has herbs. There are a whole slew of options out there, you just have to look around and be patient. The variety can be a little overwhelming. Sometimes if you don’t want to spend very much, you can even find them at the dollar store and then spray paint them (with outdoor paint) to your liking.
All images above are linked to their website and I’ve included a couple more below to get your creative outdoor juices flowing! Which one is your favorite planter? I think mine is number 3 – the cylindrical metal ones.
