With Springtime upon us, it’s time to get those nails and toes ready for sandals, the beach and warm weather! With an array of pastels making their way onto the scene this year I have made my top picks for the Spring season. I’m loving the neutral look this year and so my shades (all but one!) are fairly toned down from what I might normally gravitate to. When I was younger I used to always get “Cajun Shrimp” from OPI. It looks so great on tan feet. But, alas my tastes have shifted a bit now that I’m older and my palette for this Spring is subtle, yet dainty. I did throw one blue curve ball in there because no matter what season it is, a dark navy is just so pretty on nails and toes when it catches the light – it’s one of my all time favorites. I know many would call that shade of blue a winter color, but I say wear it year round; It’s just plain pretty. You’ll also notice my colors are all from OPI. I really love their polish (and no, this is not sponsored). It goes on smoothly and lasts a good amount of time. I use some others as well that are comparable (Essie, Deborah Lipmann and Sally Hansen), but I always tend to go back to OPI for color selection and quality.
Below I’ve paired my nail color picks with some outfits that would complement the colors well. Do you guys have a favorite?? P.S. the Spring clothing that is out right now is on point. Can’t get enough of it!
