1. Holding Horses – Fringe Stripe Shift Dress
Because I can’t get enough fringe this year, I saw this dress on Anthropologie and completely fell in love. It’s so dainty and pretty and the added touch of fringe gives it an unexpected detail. This is the perfect dress to transition from spring to summer. Dress it with booties right now while there’s still a bit of chill in the air and then move into a cute sandal when it’s a million degrees out. Love, love love.
2. Bespoke Glass Tile – Stained Glass Mini Hex Elements
I’m always on the hunt for cool and different things to hang on my walls, in corners, over tables, wherever. Anything that gives my space a light and airy and effortless feeling. Nothing too heavy and nothing too gloomy. These stained glass hexagons are gorgeous!! There are so many things I love about them – for one, the shape. Geometrics are big this year and these are something unexpected and yet totally awesome. Second – I’m digging the color choice of this particular set. The toned down colors will work great against a stark white wall. And think how pretty the reflections will be. Oh, and did I mention this company is from Phoenix?! Um, why did I not know this? This set comes with the 5 hexes shown, but if you look on their etsy store there are many options to choose from – colors, shapes, amounts, prices. Such an amazing find.
3. Yao Cheng Design – Dots in Pink & Coral – Watercolor Tea Towel
I don’t know if I’m the only one, but when springtime rolls around, I like to revamp my spaces with bright, colorful pieces to signify a change in season. In my kitchen, it is no exception. I don’t do anything crazy like swap out my dishes (I have fiestaware, so it’s always bright and fun!), but tea towels, now that’s an easy, affordable change out. These watercolor ones are simply divine. They are the essence of spring. I use tea towels all the time when I’m baking to keep my hands dry and clean and the rest of the time they’re hanging around my kitchen on display. No joke – I have about 4-5 out at all times. There’s no limit, right? 🙂 The etsy store of Yao Cheng Design is so pretty to look at for design inspiration. Think of these towels, not only in your own home, but given as a housewarming gift. You’ll be known as the best gift-giver ever!
