When I was looking online at the 50% off sale at Loft last week, I came across these block heels and fell in love. They would go perfect with so many of my outfits this summer. You can dress them up with a flowy summer dress, or dress them down with a pair of skinnies and a tank top. Either way, they’re adorable and at just under $80 they’re not too bad of a price! I like the gray ones, but they also come in black which make them look a little dressier if that’s what you’re going for.
I’m trying to get a head start on what I want to plant for a garden come fall, so I’ve been looking at a ton of different planters and pots. We have three raised beds that are directly in sunlight, so those do fairly well, but I’d like a place for herbs and things that don’t grow very large. I came across these vertical planters and thought they were such a great idea and I love the look of them. I tell ya, Etsy has everything you could possibly want, you just have to be prepared to search for hours sometimes (eek!). What do you guys use for planters? We have a fairly small background, so I have to get creative with what I plant in, which is why this vertical system is genius. I also like that the thought of having flowers in one like they show. All in all, love it!
Yes, I know, first you’re thinking what the heck are these things, and second you’re thinking why do I need these? Well, let me answer your first question; you put your muffin batter in these (and I would assume you could do the same with cupcake batter) and the mold forms the muffin into it’s shape. I think it would be more for presentation than anything else, but what I like about it is the fact that it makes an indention in the top of the muffin, so you can fill it with goodies – think whipped cream, berries, chocolate chips. Whatever your little heart desires. So, secondly, no you don’t totally need them, but they’re a fun item to have on hand. And for a set of 6, they’re only $10. Try them out. If you don’t like them, you haven’t wasted a bunch of money.
